Development on Town-Owned Land
The Town has adopted a strategy of using Town-owned land to support the development of affordable housing. The strategy plays an integral part in increasing the inventory of affordable housing in convenient, amenity-rich locations. The Town and its development partners have built about 150 affordable units to date and is pursuing the following projects that are expected to add another 350 affordable units over the next 3-5 years.
